Chegamos oa fim de semana yuupiiiiiiiiiii , semana tão pequenina e tão dificil de passar, feriados agora só em Junho.
Dps da história do carro, hj estou mais animada. O que vale é que os meus nervos e o stress são canalizados para coisas construtivas, cheguei a casa agarrei-me à lide domestica, foram máquinas de roupa e arrumação geral, pimpa pimba pimba, depois jantei e cama.
Hj tem mesmo de haver ginástica, de resto corre tudo bem.
Aqui ficam as refeições de hj
PA - café c/ leite + sandes de fiambre de frango fumado
MM - Iogurte + banana
A - 2 fatias de rolo de carne c/ queijo feta + 3 cs de arroz + salada de alface
L - 1 laranja + 1 maçã + 1 bolacha de água e sal
J - sopa + abacaxi
Agora vou dar um giro pelos blogs, e tratar da minha quinta do Farmville.

Que inveja! És desse tipo. Para mim há 3 tipos de pessoas quando toca à relação entre comida/actividade e stress:
-as que comem menos ou trabalham mais
-as que comem mais e se aninham no sofá de propósito para o fazer
-aquelas a quem o stress não afecta nem o que comem nem a actividade
Tu és do primeiro tipo. ;) Já eu estou mais no segundo com leves pancadas do terceiro em dias de sorte =P
